Chicago, IL- Baseball Season. It's a wonderful time for fans of their favorite teams to get together, and cheer on their teams during another season.
Baseball is very diverse in Chicago. Citizens have the chance to root on two teams in two different leagues: the Chicago Cubs and the Chicago White Sox. However, the south side is normally where White Sox baseball has the most fans.
The Sox play in U.S. Cellular Field, where they have called home for twenty-three years. Their current manager is Robin Ventura, and many of their star players include Chris Sale, Alexei Ramirez, Jose Abreu, Adam Eaton, Avisail Garcia, and Adam Dunn. The franchise has won three world series: 1906, 1917, and 2005.
Lets not talk about the past, as White Sox fans have a lot to look forward to in 2014. For 2014, new talent was acquired to improve the Chicago White Sox.
